1. What is Between the City & Stars?
Between The City & Stars” is the launching of Lightbox that brings together international and local artists to explore and express their ideas through different mediums. It aims to bring the community together in one space to have a new experience with art and technology.

2. Where and when is it?
Our event will be held at Lighbox, Lighttgrey, Sungai Buloh from 3 February 2018.

3. Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
It is both outdoor and indoor event. This event is curated and aimed to be explored in different atmospheres and mediums.

4. How do I get tickets?
Purchase of tickets is available online NOW, however ticket purchase over the counter (OTC) is only available once the event starts!

5. What are the ticket types?
For Adult: RM15
For children ages 4 – 12: RM10
For children ages 3 and below: FOC

Ticket purchased OTC is entitled to a Day Pass.
For group purchase (>10), please contact us for special arrangement!

6. Can I exchange my tickets for a different week (Online Purchase)?
No.

7. I have purchased online, how do I get my tickets??
Bring your ticket to the counter with your printed or electronic invoice and our representative will be able to track your ticket.

8. I have purchased a weekly pass can I share this with my friends?
One (1) ticket is for one (1) person and will be registered to their NRIC/ Passport. Multiple sharing of a ticket is not allowed and if this is found out, the ticket and participant(s) will be banned from the event and face any other consequences that the management may impose.

9. When is it open?
6pm - 10pm

10. What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event but fear not! Umbrellas will be available if it drizzles, and you may enjoy different kind of experience under this natural ADD-ON to our existing atmosphere.

11. I received the confirmation – is this my ticket? Do I have to print this?
You may print out the tax invoice or just show your confirmation email to our friendly crew at the ticket counter to redeem your wristband ticket, please bring along your Identity Card/Passport for verification purpose.

12. What does my ticket admission include?
Tickets will be for the admission to Dreamscape (indoor installations).

13. Can I transfer my ticket (Online Purchase)?
No, each ticket will be registered individually either online or manually at the ticket counter.

14. Can I get a refund if I can’t go?
No. but please speak to our representatives and we will try to accommodate you.

15. Do kids get in for free? Any age restrictions?
For children ages 4 – 12: RM10
For children ages 3 and below: FOC
Please bring along Identity Card for age verification purpose when required.

16. Can I bring a stroller? Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes, strollers and wheelchairs are accessible. Although, the indoor “Lightbox Playground” is not stroller or wheelchair friendly.

17. I don’t want to buy the tickets online, how can I get the tickets?
You may purchase your tickets over the counter at the venue when the event has started.

18. Is there parking at the venue? Is it free?
Yes, the parking is free. We have about 350 bays of indoor basement car park. There is also The Sungai Buloh MRT & KTM station within 1KM from our site. Shuttle Services will be provided on the weekends so feel free to use this service. There will also be public transportation direct to our location including a Bus Service where you can get off at the "Stellar’s Grocer" stop.

19. How long would I spend there?
You may enjoy up to 6 hours here per day.

20. I want to use public transport - what’s the best way?
Sg. Buloh MRT Station is less than 1km away and the feeder bus stops at our venue.
There will also be public transportation from the KTM and MRT Station direct to our location including a Bus Service where you can get off at the “Stellar’s Grocer” stop.

21. The activities look really enjoyable, I have some health issues will I be able to enjoy all of the attractions?
Yes, all our attractions are safe. However as these shows have certain effects, we will use effects such as fog, dim light, lasers, different levelling (including low ceilings for our slide), projection and other things required to create such effects. If you have a health concern please check with your medical practitioner just to be safe.

22. When will the Aurora lights and the public disco be on?
The Aurora lights will be on everyday every hour for about 10 minutes. The public disco will be on from Friday to Sunday.

23. Can I take photos of the event?
Yes, of course!

24. Will there be food?
Cafe and kiosk are available during the whole event.

25. Can I smoke onsite?
Within the event venue, smoking is prohibited.

26. What items are not allowed into the festival?

       - Pets
       - Drugs
       - Vape Device / Refill
       - Weapons
       - Laser Pointers
